Patriot PulseDigital

If your company
looks small,
your stock
trades small.

Patriot Pulse Digital is the digital marketing partner for small-cap public companies. We build the investor audience, the credibility, and the reporting that closes the gap between what your company is worth and what the market thinks it is worth.

Phoenix based. Serving public companies nationwide.

What an investor should find

  • Your ticker on page one of search
  • An investor hub that survives due diligence
  • A named investor audience you own
  • Cost per qualified investor, reported monthly

Most of the companies we meet have two of the four. On the first call we tell you which two you are missing.

Three reasons good small-cap companies stay invisible

None of them are about the quality of the business. All of them are fixable.

Nobody knows you exist

You are one of several thousand listed companies competing for the same finite pool of retail attention. Being a good business is not a distribution strategy.

The internet tells your story for you

Search your ticker. If a message board thread and a scraped data page outrank your own site, that is the story investors are reading.

You rent your audience

Campaign ends, audience disappears. You paid to build a following on someone else's platform and you cannot reach a single one of them tomorrow.

The difference: you own the audience

Every agency will sell you impressions. We build you an asset. Anonymous traffic gets resolved to real people, consented and stored in a database that belongs to you, not to an ad platform.

Rented audience

Campaign ends. Audience gone. Next quarter you pay full price to reach the same investors again.

Owned audience

Every investor who engaged is a record you keep. Segment them, email them before a catalyst, re-target them at a fraction of the cost, and export them the day you decide to leave.

How the data layer works

How an engagement runs

Four stages. You can stop after the first one and keep everything we found.

Discovery

We audit what an investor actually finds: your search footprint, your site, your investor materials, your ad presence, and the gap between what you are and what you look like.

Program design

A written plan with channel mix, audience definition, budget, compliance guardrails, and the single number we will be judged on. You approve it before anything runs.

Build and launch

Audiences, creative, landing pages, tracking, and disclosure review. Everything is built before a dollar of media goes out the door.

Operate and report

Weekly optimization, monthly written readouts, and a quarterly review where we tell you honestly whether to continue, cut, or scale.

Who this is for, and who it is not

We turn down more work than we take. It is cheaper for both of us to find out now.

Good fit

  • Listed on Nasdaq, NYSE American, TSXV, CSE, or OTCQB and above
  • A real operating business with revenue, a product, or clinical progress
  • Something genuinely newsworthy in the next two to four quarters
  • Budget of at least 10,000 dollars a month for a sustained program
  • A CEO or investor relations lead who can approve messaging without a three-week loop

Not a fit

  • Looking for someone to move the stock price this month
  • Shell companies with no operating business
  • Anyone wanting to pay in stock, warrants, or performance-linked terms
  • Programs designed to run for 30 days around a single press release
  • Claims that cannot be supported by a filing or a verifiable source

Questions we get before the first call

Still unsure? Call 602-492-6242 and ask directly.

Are you a stock promoter?

No. We are a marketing agency. We do not publish research, we do not issue price targets, we do not accept securities as compensation, and every campaign we run is disclosed. Our work points investors to your own filings and your own materials.

What size company do you work with?

Small-cap and micro-cap issuers, generally between 10 million and 500 million dollars in market capitalization, with a real operating business. Below that range the economics rarely work for either side.

How much does a program cost?

Most clients run between 10,000 and 60,000 dollars a month all in, split between management and media. Project work like a website or a brand system is quoted separately. We give you a written range on the first call.

Can you guarantee results?

We guarantee the work, the reporting, and the transparency. Nobody can guarantee a share price, and anyone who does is telling you something that should end the meeting.

How long is the commitment?

Ongoing programs start with a 90-day initial term because anything shorter cannot be measured fairly. After that it is month to month with 30 days notice.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Websites, creative, ad accounts, tracking, and the first-party investor database are all yours. If we part ways, you keep everything and we help with the handover.

Find out what investors see when they look you up.

Tell us about your company and where you want the stock to be understood. We will tell you straight whether we can help.
