Built for the companies
Wall Street stopped covering.
Sell-side coverage of small-cap issuers has been shrinking for two decades. Patriot Pulse Digital exists because the companies left behind still have a story worth telling, and now have to tell it themselves.
Why we exist
An analyst used to do this work for you. A research note put your story in front of the right investors, gave it third-party credibility, and kept it circulating between quarters. For most small-cap issuers, that infrastructure is gone.
What replaced it is fragmented and mostly self-serve. Investors find companies through search, through social, through screeners, and increasingly through AI assistants. Every one of those channels can be reached deliberately. Almost no small-cap company does it well.
That gap is the entire business. We build the distribution layer that the sell side used to provide, we build it in your name, and we report on it like a line item rather than an act of faith.
What we believe
Four positions that shape every engagement, including the ones we turn down.
A discount to fair value is a communications problem
Small-cap companies rarely trade below fair value because the business is bad. They trade there because not enough of the right people know the business exists, and the ones who look find nothing that convinces them.
Advertising to investors is its own discipline
An investor is not a consumer. The decision is slower, the compliance surface is real, and the metric that matters is not a click. Agencies that treat a ticker like a product launch waste your budget.
The audience should be an asset
If your marketing produces nothing you can keep, you did not buy marketing, you rented attention. Every program we run leaves you with a consented investor database that belongs to you.
The line between marketing and promotion is bright
We advertise, we design, we build, and we report. We do not publish research, forecast prices, or take securities. That line protects your disclosure position and it protects our independence.

The uncomfortable part
Plenty of firms in this space will imply that a campaign moves a share price. Some will show you a chart with an arrow on it. Some will ask to be paid in stock so that they are, in their words, aligned with you.
We do none of that, and it costs us business. A CEO who wants the stock up 40 percent by the end of the quarter will find someone willing to promise it, and that engagement will end badly for the company more often than not.
What we can promise is that more of the right investors will know who you are, that what they find will be accurate and credible, and that you will be able to show your board exactly what it cost. That is the whole offer.
Talk to us before you talk to anyone else.
Even if you hire a different agency, a conversation with us will tell you what questions to ask them.
